職位要求：
1． 大專或以上學(xué)歷（有行業(yè)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)者不限），機(jī)械及機(jī)電等相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)。
2． 三年以上液壓類產(chǎn)品銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有液壓工具行業(yè)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先錄取。
3． 懂得基本的機(jī)械和液壓原理，能夠看懂CAD圖紙。
4． 熱衷于銷售，專業(yè)的銷售和客戶談判技巧，擁有高度的工作熱情和責(zé)任心。
5． 個(gè)性開朗，為人正直，善于處理人際關(guān)系，良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意
識。
6． 學(xué)習(xí)和適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng)，敢于面對壓力和挑戰(zhàn)，能適應(yīng)出差。
崗位職責(zé)描述：
1． 制定銷售計(jì)劃和目標(biāo)，并能根據(jù)客戶特點(diǎn)和具體情況制定適宜的銷售策略，積極
完成銷售指標(biāo)。
2． 了解公司產(chǎn)品和客戶需求，幫助選型，為客戶制定最佳的螺栓螺母解決方案。
3． 獨(dú)立完成與客戶的談判工作，包括價(jià)格、交貨期、付款條件等，直至簽訂合同。
4． 跟進(jìn)合同的執(zhí)行及客戶付款情況，解決客戶問題，加速銷售回款。
5． 定期有效地拜訪客戶，維護(hù)開拓客戶關(guān)系，逐步建立所轄地區(qū)的客戶平臺。
6． 收集整理所轄區(qū)域的客戶信息及行業(yè)需求信息，定期提交銷售報(bào)表。
7． 協(xié)調(diào)公司的內(nèi)部資源，滿足客戶在表演、調(diào)試、維修、培訓(xùn)等方面的要求。
